Zanzibar Cafe has been servicing local residents and businesses in Pacific Beach for over 17 years and continues to be a friendly neighborhood cafe as well as a tourist destination. In addition to the cafe, Zanzibar Pacific Beach houses our wholesale division which services over 40 locations around San Diego. Our second location opened in 2007 in the East Village neighborhood of Downtown San Diego. In addition to our Restaurant and Wine Bar, where we offer many wines exclusive to Zanzibar, we operate a Gourmet Market next door where we sell salads and entrees by the pound, homemade baked goods and many gourmet products including coffees & teas, chocolates, olive oils & vinegars, wine accessories and many other offerings. We also offer corporate catering and gift baskets. In addition to our Pacific Beach and Downtown locations, we are thrilled to be opening Zanzibar at the Loft at UCSD, our third location and most exciting venture. With this collaboration, we hope to fuse food, wine & the arts in a unique way that the community of San Diego has yet to experience. Zanzibar at The Loft is scheduled to open in August 2009.
